Mother and Son

Remember these faces? Well now they’re together for an awesome mini-shoot!

We braved the cold to get some precious moments captured of these extremely photogenic people.

Sarah and Hans say “I do”

Remember this awesome couple? Well they just got married!

The entire wedding day was filled with so much love that it just about overwhelmed my impromptu assistant (my sister from the previous blog post). These two…they are so in love. They are understanding and kind and gentle with one another. I don’t think anyone could possibly have one cross word to say about either of them.

And what a fun night! Lots of cake (yum), dancing, laughs, and even a flash mob!

I am so excited to finally post the first wedding of the blog!

Tami & Robert::Engaged!

I had the absolute privilege to photograph these two (three if you count the horse) yesterday afternoon. It was cold and windy, but it didn’t matter to these love birds!

I especially love these two because of their apparent adoration for each other. Just the way he looks at her and vice versa…I know they will make the distance.

To be married in May, 2014!

Besties in the Bitter Cold

I have been holding out on you! I photographed these two beauties about a month ago, and I have been so busy that I keep forgetting to post them!

I have to hand it to them–It was COLD that day, but they stuck it out like champs and now we have these awesome pictures because of it!

Katie & Pat::Snowy Engagement for a Summer Wedding

I got to take pictures for this awesome couple last weekend. It was the coldest I’ve ever been in my life (not saying much, being an Arizona native), but they made it so much fun! Who knew Caldwell was so photogenic?!

We went downtown for some iconic outdoor snowy shots, ducked into an arcade to warm up a bit (my toes were very grateful for that), then made our way to the coffee shop to get our hands on some nice warm drinks!

Congratulations, you two! I can’t wait for your June wedding.

The Brooks Family

This last week I had the privilege to photograph this wonderful little family! The kids were so good and cooperative, the lighting was perfect, and the whole family was just radiating with love for each other. What a blessing it is for me to be able to document so many beautiful families and their love for one another. Thanks for having me along, and being so great even though it was freezing outside!

Melanie and Jay :: Engaged!

I know I have been quiet for a little while, but I’m back, and with a seriously adorable couple to be married in March!

It was cold and wet, but we trudged through this cold pre-winter weather to get some great pictures of these two love birds.

A Wet and Wintry Engagement

Yesterday, these two beautiful people and I went to the park and then downtown Boise to take their engagement pictures. We had so much fun! It drizzled the entire time, it was freezing cold and our feet were very wet, but we still managed to have a great time!

Meet Sarah and Hans, to be married first thing next year!

Thanks for bringing me along on your super fun day! And thanks for the Dr. Pepper and croquettes at the end.

But most of all, thanks for the new friendships! 🙂
